This handy bag is just the right size to carry a few groceries. On the inside is a zipped pocket to store valuables. The bag is made of heavy organic cotton canvas (480gsm).

Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is an international standard for organic clothing and textiles. GOTS assumes 100% organic raw material and clothes and textiles with this label must consist of at least 70% organic fibres. The percentage is stated in the label. Through the entire chain-from harvesting the raw materials, through socially responsible production to labelling, packaging distribution-the strict standard for organic textiles is met. This global standard includes the use of eco-friendly chemicals and water treatment at factories. GOTS certification also requires compliance with social criteria in cotton cultivation and processing into fabric. This includes things like minimum wages, a ban on child labour and a safe and hygienic working environment.
